Seol Young-woo is a South Korean full-back, right-footed and comfortable on either flank, who began as a winger before converting to defence as a professional. He came through Ulsan Hyundai and won the K League 1 in 2022 and 2023, then joined Red Star Belgrade in 2024, where he collected Serbian league and cup titles. A senior South Korea international, he was part of the squads at the 2023 Asian Cup and the 2026 World Cup. He signed for FC Augsburg in August 2026 on a four-year contract, offering attacking width with defensive duties.
