Thomas Kristensen is a Danish centre-back, a very tall defender at 1.98m whose game is built around aerial strength, reach and sound positioning in the box. Born in Galten, he came through the AGF academy and made his senior debut in 2021 before joining Udinese in September 2023. He joined Atalanta on a one-season loan from Udinese in August 2026, with an option to buy. He has represented Denmark at youth level up to U21 but has not been capped at senior level.
Made his senior debut for AGF on 16 May 2021 against Nordsjælland.
Received the Martin Jørgensen Talent Award at AGF in June 2021.
Joined Udinese from AGF on 1 September 2023 on a five-year contract.
