Nariman Akhundzada is an Azerbaijani forward who plays as a striker or on the right wing and is on loan at Erzurumspor from Columbus Crew. A product of Qarabağ's academy, he broke into the first team as a teenager and became a regular scorer in the Azerbaijan Premier League. At 1.85 m he combines pace, runs in behind and a strong shot, and he has been capped by Azerbaijan at senior level. The Erzurumspor spell is his first experience of the Turkish Süper Lig.
