Scouting Report & Player Insights
Mohamed Fofana is an Ivorian centre-back who joined Kortrijk in January 2025 from the Gambinos Stars Africa academy, on a contract to June 2028 with an option for two more seasons. He was announced at 19 as a player who also positions himself as a wing-back, and trained with the first team from the day he signed. He has played about ten league games for Kortrijk so far. Little detail is public on his style, so this profile is a cautious baseline for a young defender still adapting to Belgian football.
