Mohamed El Hankouri is a Rotterdam-born midfielder of Moroccan descent, a 1.76m player who works as a central or attacking midfielder after earlier years as a winger. He came through Feyenoord's academy, made his debut in 2016 and won the Eredivisie in 2016-17, then played for Willem II, Groningen and Magdeburg in 2. Bundesliga. He joined Standard Liège in August 2025 on a two-season contract. He played for the Netherlands under-20 team and for Morocco under-23.
