Milan Roganović is a Montenegrin right-back who can also play at centre-back, a former midfielder who settled in defence with his athletic running and tidy ball use. He began at FK Zeta, spent his key development years at Partizan, where he became a regular in the first team, and joined KRC Genk from the Belgrade club in 2026. He has played for Montenegro at youth levels up to U21 and has made his senior debut, and he is still adjusting to the Jupiler Pro League.
Made his senior debut for FK Zeta at 16.
Debuted for the Montenegro senior team in a World Cup qualifier against Czech Republic on 5 September 2025.
