Mamadou Sangaré is a Malian midfielder who plays for Brentford, mainly as a defensive or box-to-box midfielder. A ball-winner with strong tackling, ground-duel and interception numbers, he also progresses play with composed passing and dribbling. After coming through Red Bull Salzburg's system and loan spells in Austria and Belgium, he established himself at Rapid Wien and then Lens before joining Brentford in August 2026.
