İlhan Fakılı is a Turkish left winger who was born and raised in France, coming through the academies of Saint-Étienne and Andrézieux-Bouthéon before joining Clermont Foot's academy in 2021. He moved into Clermont's first team and became a regular in Ligue 2 in 2025-26 after recovering from early ankle injuries. Beşiktaş signed him in July 2026 on a four-year deal, and he is a young option on the left flank. He has played for Turkey at under-21 level and made his senior debut in October 2026.
