Born in Bilbao, he came through Athletic Club's Lezama academy and Basconia before spells with Barcelona B, Amorebieta and Elche, where he was a first choice as the club won promotion to LaLiga in 2025. He made his top-flight debut with Elche in August 2025 and joined Celta Vigo in February 2026 on a four-and-a-half-year contract. He climbed through the lower divisions rather than arriving as a headline name, and now competes for a regular role at right-back.
