Alban Lafont is an Ivorian goalkeeper, born in France, who plays for Amedspor in the Süper Lig. He is best known for his shot-stopping, a quality that made him one of Europe's most highly rated young goalkeepers while at Toulouse. After spells with Fiorentina, Nantes and a loan at Panathinaikos, he moved to Turkey in 2026. He represented France at youth level and switched his international allegiance to Ivory Coast in 2025.

Made his Ligue 1 debut for Toulouse in November 2015 aged 16, the youngest goalkeeper to play in the French top flight.

Won the Coupe de France with Nantes in 2021-22.

Changed sporting nationality from France to Ivory Coast in September 2025 and was named in their AFCON 2025 squad.
